By using vennexis.com and engaging VenNexis services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

VenNexis provides product design, UX research, design systems, and growth strategy services. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual statements of work or proposals. These general terms do not override agreed contractual terms.

3. Intellectual property

On full payment, all bespoke design assets we create for you transfer to you. VenNexis retains the right to showcase anonymised work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We are happy to sign your NDA prior to any project engagement. Reach out at info@vennexis.com.

5. Limitation of liability

VenNexis shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant project in the preceding 12 months.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory local consumer protection rights you may hold in your jurisdiction.
